Okay. You'll only get this if you a] play world of warcraft and b] know who the guy at the very end is.
But really all you need to do is replace the guy at the end with anyone you know in the game who you'd NEVER ever let run your guild or any raid or event for that matter.
In our guild's case, Stonebreaker is our guild's main tank - very well known on our server. Everyone fucking loves him. BUT he's notorious for AFKING all the time every time.
Anyway, this was based off an actual story and so I got a bit of inspiration to make a little something for my guild.
We're at [link] hurray~ Xpansion can't come soon enough so everyone will come back.

Yeah, I've heard of this happening...and it *sucks* because it's not giving someone a fair chance to lead. We (hunters) get nerfed and nobody loves us anymore...makes me sad.
